Return & Refund Policy

This product falls under personal care / cosmetic items, and due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If the customer receives a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted based on personal preference, dissatisfaction, or skin reaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
